World cup: Jugamos como nunca, y perdenos como siempre

Simon emailed me to say that the world cup would be beginning and that the first big game for Spain would be next Wed at 4pm. Will be interesting to see what happens when siesta time meets soccer.

Anyway I was talking to Mario and the water-proof shop owner about Spain, promising of course to cheer for them. They were not overly optimistic and kept using the phrase ¨Jugamos como nunca, y perdenos como siempre¨  They translated it as ¨we play as never, we lose as always¨.
